Chance Brown is the Founder of CB73 Consulting and the creator of the Core and Foundational Frameworks that define the firm's approach to learning, capability development, and Human–AI work. Together, these frameworks provide the intellectual architecture and practical methods that guide CB73's client services.
Over a career spanning more than two decades, Chance has helped leaders and organizations navigate change, build capability, and create the conditions for sustainable growth.
His work has supported employees and leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through leadership development, employee engagement, workforce upskilling, and organizational change initiatives.
